The Asset Library
Header and search images, reviewed by Apple on their own and placed on the live page once approved.
Header and search images go to the app's Asset Library, named by their checksum, so an unchanged image is never sent twice.
- With a version taking edits, they upload with it and are placed on that version.
- With none, they wait in the Asset Library as drafts. Submit Images for Review, on the default page in Pages, sends those images, and only those, to Apple. Once they are approved, the next upload places them on the live page: no new version needed.
